I traveled the country again for the second year in a row! This time with Roundabout's version of Cabaret. I played Max, understudied Ernst and Shultz , and (what makes this version so artistically satisfying) played Alto and Tenor Saxophone. Got to travel with this beautiful show and fill out all my talents.
My first tour I ever did was Mamma Mia! One of those right place right time things. I had just moved back to New York from Chicago and within two months, booked this tour. It was an incredible experience and had a lot of care around it. It was the last tour of the 15 year long touring run and I was a part of it. I didn't know anything about Mamma Mia but while Tour I got to know it well and learned just how much people around the country love this music. I was in the Ensemble and a Bill and Harry Understudy. Got to go on for my understudy tracks a fare bit. Here I have some photos of the tour with me as both Bill and Harry and some cool artwork. Also a clip where you can see me in the orange shirt and the beard being a "Dancing Queen"!
